Dear all, the situation with FLUA ticket is quite impossible to handle in this way. After the reminder of yesterday, dozen and dozen of users are opening tickets asking a community account upgrade and there is no time for handle all the requests, assign them resources etc. For me the best way is that starting from June 1st we disable the community account upgrade button, no one can apply for new request, and then we can easily manage the queue of pending ticket and waiting after xifi review (where most of us are involved) for really delete the VMs. Let me know...
