Dear all,
regarding the problem described in the email below, there is another point i want to bring to your attention.
We are spending a lot of pointless time in processing and dealing with users which don't provide all the needed information for a correct FLUA workflow due to not mandatory fields in the registration form.
Why field like Resources, Node and Project Description are not mandatory even though are mandatory for the final approval? Is somethings changed?
According to this document [*] seems that in the past they were mandatory and talking with Silvio he also remember so (and he is also dealing with the same problem).

Lastly, i would like to remember you that June 1st and 2nd, Engineering and Create-Net will be both close for national holiday so keep in mind all the issues (and possible solutions) raised in these days.

Oggetto: FLUA Ticket and Trial accounts expiration

Dear all,
the situation with FLUA ticket is quite impossible to handle in this way.
After the reminder of yesterday, dozen and dozen of users are opening tickets asking a community account upgrade and there is no time for handle all the requests, assign them resources etc.

For me the best way is that starting from June 1st we disable the community account upgrade button, no one can apply for new request, and then we can easily manage the queue of pending ticket and waiting after xifi review (where most of us are involved) for really delete the VMs.

Let me know...

Thanks,
Alfonso
