Hi Jacek,

there is no direct Jira support for that. 

The only way to respond to the user by email and at the same time to have this recorded in the ticket is to reply to the original support request email that the user has sent. However, all these emails are only received by the people active in Level-1 helpdesk and not by the nodes (in order to avoid spamming the nodes with requests not relevant to the node) - so you do not have this email.

The only way for nodes is to 
- interact with developers by email and 
- to record the email exchange in the ticket manually as a comment, so that the progress can be traced. 

This is not optimal but currently the only option that Jira supports.

Actually I asked how to do that using jira, because if I send email from my
email address, it will be not included in history of ticket
