I hope you are well.

We are largely happy with the suggested amendments as raised by our collaborative partners, in particular reference to Intel, IBM and SAP. We see no reason, at this point of time, to reinvent the wheel and raise similar concerns/amendments. We look forward to receiving the revised draft incorporating the amendments as per your email dated Friday 12 July 2013.

We  will, of course, provide you with comments on amended provisions Surry cannot accept. Our primary concern is that Surrey does not grant free access to the source code. Any such access shall be granted on terms to be agreed by Surrey.  The Ts & Cs does not concern itself with the source code and, as such, we are happy thus far.


I look forward to receiving the new draft.
