Hi, If it helps, this was one kind of event that I suggested the FI-PPP SB to consider for co-location of the FI-PPP general event next year. I have told FI-PPP SB members several times that I would be more in favor of attending several well-established events (Smart City World Expo, LeWeb, ...) where we may secure a relevant visiblity by means of paying the appropriate sponsorship ... however, the rest of FI-PPP projects (maybe with the exception of XiFi who somehow agrees with us) want to bet for organizing a specific FI-PPP event (overall CONCORD). I understood that the decision of the SB is now difficult to change. I have then advised the SB to co-locate that specific FI-PPP event close to a well-established event, and one of them I suggested was LeWeb ... but again I believe I have not managed to convince them. They seem to bet for organizing the FI-PPP general event in April. Maybe we have to check whether it makes sense to attend LeWeb together with other projects who believe it might be relevant and may be willing to co-fund presence there. Definitively, LeWeb seems to be an event where I believe we should try to be present, if not too expensive. If someone else has a different view or knows better LeWeb, his/her feedback would be greatly appreciated.
