[Fiware-membership-application] Individual membership

Dear Fi-ware foundation,

I would like to appoint myselft as a individual member of the Fi-WARE
foundation.

Though my former employer, Ariadna Servicios Informáticos SL, I have
participated in SmartAgrifood Project (phase I) and my team was selected
under FINODEX Project in the opencall (mCity4All) passing the first
selection cut. I participated in the Santander Smart City event (October
2013).

Since phase 1 projects I have been involved in the PPP looking actively for
opportunities to better understand and adopt the FI-WARE Architecture in
different projects.

Currently I am leading STORM CLOUDS Project from RTDI Company and I firmly
believe in the power of Cloud architectures as enabler for technology
adoption.
