[Fiware-miwi] Properly joining FI-WARE and WP13

Hi

A small extension to my previous mail regarding joining mailing-lists.
To subscribe to a mailing-list you have to: 
- contact the owner (e.g. WPL for chapter mailing-lists)
- or go to http://lists.fi-ware.eu, select the list and fill the form
  (not all mailing-lists are listed here)
- or send an email from your email address to <listname>-join at lists.fi-ware.eu
  or <listname>-subscribe at lists.fi-ware.eu (subject and body will be ignored)
