[Fiware-miwi] WP13 Architecture Page

Hi all,

I have finally added the private architecture page for the MiWi chapter 
(WP13). Sorry for the very late completion of this.

@All: Please look over it and provide and feedback for things that could 
be improved. Note that this page also covers the Middleware GE.

I have also added many new entries to te Glossary, so it look at least a 
bit more impressive -- but I am sure that mayn entries that should be 
there are still missing.

@All: Can everyone, please, spend 15 minutes and go through their GE and 
add any terminology that normal people not from our field might not be 
familiar with.

I have also edited the overview/completion table to reflect those 
changes. Except for the cover page things should be done now.

@Christof: I believ we can submit this to FI-WARE now (but it still 
needs a cover page).


Furthermore, I did briefly read over many of the GE descriptions and I 
believe we can still do a better job. I will try to allocate some time 
to go through them in more detail and send suggestions. But in the mean 
time it would be worth refining them some more.

@All: Look in to improving the GE documentation. Of course, make sure 
that the changes get approved before submitting.
