[Fiware-miwi] GIS for FI-WARE

Hi Philipp,
I was also thinking to use Oulu dataset as reference. For proof of concept
it would be enough to draw few buildings to correct place, or even just
one. When theory is proofed to work, we can extend functionality to cover
wider areas.

Out setup is following: Postgresql with PostGIS extension. All data is
stored to there. Then we have Geoserver with W3DS module. Plan is that
Geoserver reads data from PostGIS and serves generated scenes to client. So
for us it would be helpful if there would be ready xml3d test asset to be
stored to our database. Since you have converted already Oulu 3D city
model, would it be possible that you'd deliver couple XML3D houses to us?
Or is it simple for us just to pick up house models from your repo? Then we
could try to store them to our DB and try to use with GeoServer.

I was also thinking to use OSM map for verification. It also gives nice
extra touch for demo, so that there isn't just plain house models in the
void :)

Best regards,
Sami
