[Fiware-miwi] Review of R3.3 UTP und SW availability

Christof, all,

Regarding the real-virtual interaction there has been no document update
since to us the documentation was actually sufficient for R3.3 and it
covers the features also which are part of R3.3. In other words, those
features did not directly reflect to the documentation. I take this is not
a problem?

And regarding to the one missing test case coverage, I will hunt that one
down and update the document accordingly. Thank for noticing!
