Indeed we are pretty much all travelling, and most of us in Cebit. Sorry for not reminding about the situation earlier. The most important topic for the meeting agenda was the deliverables and reviews of our project. However, I fail to see enough information in the meeting minutes about this, so I take this was not discussed. I think we are in quite alarming state at the moment. To me it seems a little unfair that we have made functional software releases, open specifications are up to date with no known issues to be fixed and the tracker is also uptodate so far as we can influence it. Given all this, and given that I have been myself asking several times about the progress of the deliverables for the past months, I still see that how other parties are seeing us is not visible enough. I feel we have quite much failed here, and this should be the number one topic for the project to fix. In the end, nothing else matters. Let me quote Juanjo about the interim payments a few days ago: "Please note that we cannot follow a similar approach with beneficiaries of Open Call 2 due to the fact that they didn't submit any deliverable for review in the last month 30 review. Thus, the project officer could not send any message confirming acceptance of deliverables. If we proceed to give a second payment to these other beneficiaries we would be incurring in risks since it may happen that their deliverables get rejected in the final review and such rejection may include some definite rejections." Also after this there was the interim payment list, which clearly said that there will be no payments for the WP13 SMEs. This is unacceptable result of poor reporting. Now, given that we *have made* the deliverables and actually I was yesterday demonstrating a full working end-to-end solution with 3D-UI, GIS and sensor data collection, I find it very alarming how the above summarizes us in the view of others. This needs to be fixed immediately with no excuses. Christof, I want to start clarifying what exactly is causing the inconsistencies here and how do we pursue to fix them. *I seriously suggest* that we are going to have a google hangout tomorrow.
