Well, I went ahead and removed "realXtend" from the Synchronization GE
docs as suggested. Now the scene model is in places referred to as
Entity-Component-Attribute scene model, which is not fully unambiguous, as
there are several different kinds of entity/component-based scene models
in different game engines etc.
