[Fiware-ngsi] Missing target namespace in XSDs

Hi,

Working on the IoT chapter integration scenario I've realized that we
are not specifying any target namespace (targetNamespace=...) in the XSD at:

https://forge.fi-ware.eu/scmrepos/svn/iot/trunk/schemes/Ngsi9_Operations_v07.xsd
https://forge.fi-ware.eu/scmrepos/svn/iot/trunk/schemes/Ngsi10_Operations_v07.xsd
https://forge.fi-ware.eu/scmrepos/svn/iot/trunk/schemes/Ngsi9_10_dataStructure_v07.xsd

So, what it the namespace for each one of these schemas, please?
