[Fiware-ngsi] Missing target namespace in XSDs

May you please include also Sergio (in Cc) into this NGSI mailing list. He is a core person of the TI's P/S CB GE with NGSI.

Working on the IoT chapter integration scenario I've realized that we are not specifying any target namespace (targetNamespace=...) in the XSD at:
