[Fiware-ngsi] convenience method name change

Dear all,

 I changed the name of some convenience methods in the doc, updated on the SVN. Details are the following.

-	ContextElement PUT is now appendContextElementRequest / appendContextElementResponse
-	ContextElement POST is now updateContextElementRequest / updateContextElementResponse
-	ContextElement DELETE is now deleteContextElementResponse
-	ContextAttribute PUT is now appendContextAttributeRequest / appendContextAttributeResponse
-	ContextAttribute POST is now updateContextAttributeRequest / updateContextAttributeResponse
-	ContextAttribute DELETE is now deleteContextAttributeResponse
