[Fiware-ngsi] "metadata" misspelling

Hi,

I believe that alignment, in specially with something "constitutional" (like the OMA specs), is always a rule, at least a good practice.

I just would recall that formally in FI-WARE we had the NGSI derived from OMA, therefore FI-WARE NGSI is a self-defined/contained spec with the binding (missing in OMA), even if it inheriting the OMA specs, thus I would suggest always refer to the FI-WARE NGSI. We have acknowledge that the FI-WARE specification is derived from OMA in the right places of the FI-WARE wiki.

I've found a lot of references directly to OMA in the IoT wiki documentation, that on my opinion is not the best way to "sell" the job we've done in FI-WARE (OMA->FI-WARE->binding/docs).

We have found cases in the examples in which metadata is spelled "metatada" and "metaData":

 *   https://forge.fi-ware.eu/scmrepos/svn/iot/trunk/schemes/xml_examples/ngsi-9/registerContextRequest.xml : metaData
 *   https://forge.fi-ware.eu/scmrepos/svn/iot/trunk/schemes/xml_examples/ngsi-10/appendContextElementRequest.xml : metadata

On the other hand, OMA spec always used "metadata" which we understand in the correct one according to English syntax (http://oxforddictionaries.com/es/definicion/ingles/metadata).

So, in order to be coherent in all places and align with OMA spec, we propose to change the XSDs (and XML examples in the SVN) to use always "metadata".
