[Fiware-ngsi] NGSI 10 question

Hi,

I am stumbling over an inconsistency while checking the xml examples:

Shouldn't updateContextElementResponse contain a whole list of contextAttributeResponse structures, rather than just a single one?

The same holds for appendContextElement

I am pasting the structures below for your reference.

Moved the contents of chapter 5 into the beginning of chapter 4.


This is now also ready for publication from my point of view, but please check.
