[Fiware-ngsi] place to publish NGSI spec

Hi Thierry,

I uploaded a zip-file with the documents into the deliverables --> exploitation and standardization folder, but somebody still needs to approve the upload.

I am creating the wiki page meanwhile.

I agree for the point regarding NGSI association but not for the SVN. We do not need a SVN because we do not expect that3rd parties will change the doc. My view is always for external members of FI-Ware and FI PPP.

Of course, for our internal use to improve the XSD file between the 2 chapters it could be relevant but as usual for documents which are not validated, we should use the SVN of FIPPP Private project, not the public one, so everybody from FI-Ware can access the same document.

[FGM1] Ok. I'd suggest to add the following to the last item ("NGSI association"):

"This is a beta functionality not extensively tested yet. Thus, the specification may change in the future."

Or any other similar wording explaining the "beta nature" of that extension.




And we can put the documents directly in the FI-Ware forge, doc repository, directory "FI-Ware deliverables" which is a public folder. When the folder for R3 deliverables will be created maybe we can move the files in this place. The files tab is devoted to softwares deliveries so it is better to use the doc tab.

[FGM2] Ok with us to use Forge for the 2 binding documents (.doc) but for the XSD files is better to use the public SVN at: https://forge.fi-ware.eu/scmrepos/svn/fiware/trunk/FI-WARE/IoT/ or https://forge.fi-ware.eu/scmrepos/svn/fiware/trunk/FI-WARE/Data/ (the NGSI specification is a shared product of both chapters).
