I have confirmed that the intended way of working for public SVN is that not authorized users *cannot* do commits. If it behaves otherwise it is a bug that should be fixed by Forge support team.

Anyway, now the whole bunch is in a public .zip at https://forge.fi-ware.eu/docman/view.php/7/3213/FI-WARE_NGSI_RESTful_binding_v1.0.zip let's see if SVN is needed at the end (e.g. developers demand it due to they prefer it to link the XSD direct download with code autogeneration tools).

I agree for the point regarding NGSI association but not for the SVN. We do not need a SVN because we do not expect that3rd parties will change the doc. My view is always for external members of FI-Ware and FI PPP.

Of course, for our internal use to improve the XSD file between the 2 chapters it could be relevant but as usual for documents which are not validated, we should use the SVN of FIPPP Private project, not the public one, so everybody from FI-Ware can access the same document.

When the folder for R3 deliverables will be created maybe we can move the files in this place. The files tab is devoted to softwares deliveries so it is better to use the doc tab.
