[Fiware-ngsi] Introducing Historial Interfaces for FIWARE-NGSI-v2

Dear all,

As you know we have received feedback  from GSMA and other parties regarding query sophistication and flexibility for developers. This has been a tough issue to tackle but we think we have found a way forward. Following up with a nice idea suggested by our Chief Architect, Juanjo, We are happy to announce that we are aiming at enabling more sophisticated and flexible queries in FIWARE-NGSI-v2.

For doing so We would like to introduce FIWARE-NGSI-v2 Historical interfaces. The context and introduction together with its rationale can be found at the following presentation:

During the following weeks we will design this new interface through the group and your contributions will be very welcome. First issue we need to tackle is the Query Language to be adopted
