Dear Lindsay, Cathy, all, Allow me on behalf of OASC, before the closing of the deadline, commend and congratulate on the achievements of the group. Fingers crossed for passing the comment period successfully. To give the work full speed and visibility, also for further partners, may I encourage you all to attend the OASC-hosted "Connected Smart Cities Conference" on January 12, which would be a prime occasion for the CIM ISG. The theme of the year is "Making the Internet of Things work for cities and citizens". The European Commission is very visible, with Commissioner, and VP-nominee, Oettinger addressing the opening plenary (through video, since the entire collège is in Valetta). Registration is free, and there's a dedicated session on standards, chaired by Cathy. She will follow up with more information on the session programme: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/connected-smart-cities-conference-2017-registration-29274794699 I look forward to continued collaboration on this essential piece of the puzzle called the digital transformation of cities and societies. Thanks.
