Dear all,
Hermann says the official reply cannot be sent until BoD deadline for comments expires tonight.
But he hopes he can get us the answer tomorrow before lunch.

Ideally, if his news is timely and good, any announcements should include the likely date for the
first meeting, so people start marking their calendars. I see 2 days is needed and sufficient.
Does anyone want to increase it to 3 ?

Below are some "start date options", please mark IF ANY are NOT POSSIBLE for your organisation.
I already checked ETSI Sophia Antipolis calendar and currently AMPHI IRIS (70 people) is available.
