Dear all,
we agreed to create an "outreach" powerpoint which shows the idea of the CIM,
to persuade ETSI members it is a good idea, to attract new members after the ISG starts, etc.

Attached is a v0.1 to get something going.  Sorry about the large file size (I blame some images ...).

I would be particularly happy to add something from OASC which relates to the needs of
smart cities, or examples where combining of context information was found useful.
