They can also be used inthe open call assessments. There are KPIs on project (page 21-) and city (35-) level. I would especially suggest the ones in the following sections, from a curated list I maintain. The ones marked with (*), SynchroniCity can substantially develop this KPI, since they're currently underdeveloped in CITYkeys.
