Hi all, and specifically WP6 participants, As promised pease find enclosed the close to final version of WP6 description. (Please note that the one in Martin’s previous message was a very old placeholder and is not to be referred to.) The present and attached version is one based on the v0.4.1 circulated recently and textual inputs from Nuria and Ana mainly (plus of course my further edits). To Sébastien: I added a very short reference to EIP-SCC in the standardisation task T6.2. See if you need AIOTI more prominent there (it’s briefly mentioned) or if WP2 fully covers the need.) I’ll shortly circulate the budget table. After removing the previous T6.3 as a task altogether (not to be confused with marcom as the present T6.3) the total amount of PM in the sheet I earlier distributed (which already addressed comments from many of you) was very close to what Martin just sent around (174 PM); however the distributions were somewhat different, so will still need to iron out those. (One of my Q’s is whether the cities’ very limited efforts should go to marcom rather than impact evaluation there.) If any further comments on the text for WP6, please send as direct edits to the attached version, with Word revision marks on, to at least both myself and Martin who may at any minute use the then-latest version for inclusionn into the master body document. (Raising issues or writing long emails is not going to take us much further, we’re pretty brain-dead right now and need formatting-ready text. ;-) kr. The page count is 82, with some content still pending. So, we need the last input to be crisp, and we need to cut pages, as pointed out by Mirko. > Section 1 is just about the 30 page target, and almost done. > Section 2 is just above the 20 page limit, and input plus work is needed. > Section 3 is 15 pages too long, and while WP descriptions can be formatted more compactly, the also need to be shortened. > > (2) The complete budget, cut to the bone: 14.902.387 total requested EU contribution. > I've left only about 100k to tweak. In the tab "Ref Zones", you can see various distributions across cities/countries. It's not an easy exercise. > > I'm grateful to the many of you who said, do what you have to do. This is now the master doc, so pay attention to formatting, and coordinate input with section leads, i.e. Alex and Mirko. Nadia and Adriënne need a hand with Section 5 (Ethics and privacy), and the reference zone descriptions for Section 4.2 should be collected when 1-3 are done so that we know how the background descriptions relate ot Sections 1-3. > > Most hands will be back online at noon, some European timezone.
