I have recognized the texts I had sent in the section, so, at least what I wanted to make explicit is there ☺. As you have pointed out, maybe some additional information at strategic level of what is the OASC roadmap would help to understand the future beyond the project. What would be the strategy if this proposal did not succeed? How would we plan to make cities OASC-compliant and create business? This is part of the story. This proposal should speed up this process and provide good references for other cities to replicate the deployments. So, it will accelerate the OASC implementation plan. In format to integrate in master doc. To do: 1. Read the Exploitation strategy to see whether convincing (we can balance text with the exploitation potential and add a bit more info about OASC). Sebastien/Nuria/Martin/Alex/Mirko/Juanjo..... 2. IPR, I added some new parts provided by Remco (not all). I suggest industrial partners to read. I may need to reduce this part if section too long. Industrial partners mainly 3. Dissemination events: ALL, if you have time send your list or some more. YELLOW ARE ACTIONS NEEDED NOW, GREEN ARE THANKS and GRAY ARE OBSOLETE/RESOLVED LUIS will look at the 2.1.1 points 4-9. THANKS – I am looking forward to 9 as the final one. LUIS Any VOLUNTEERS to look through 1-3? I am expecting inputs from MARGARIDA for the KPIs – she will collect this form the cities. Great job on the table – now we go to have the cities fill it out. MIL, SAN, CAR, MAN, HEL, ANT, EIN + MEXICAN CITY. See attached table – complete and return to margarida.campolargo at portodigital.pt<mailto:margarida.campolargo at portodigital.pt> <margarida.campolargo at portodigital.pt<mailto:margarida.campolargo at portodigital.pt>> I need the Mexican City description. SERGIO I need ATOS - NURIA, TELEFONICA - SERGIO, PHILIPS - REMCO, ENGINEERING - STEPHANO to look at 2.1.2.10 and shorten to 1-2 pages. Each company gets 1/3 page max. THANKS Nuria and Martino MIRKO to write an intro to 2.1.2 based on the moved figure (Arup Table) which sits now in section 1. We have 9 cities (including the Mexican city) - this means that with 1 page per city we spend 50% on that. Most of the content is boasting how great the cities already are. We don’t need that in this section – that can be in section 4 – what we need is how SynchroiCity will help you propel you even further into becoming an even greater city. So – EACH CITY should revise their inputs to focus on IMPACT and not how great they are. 2/3 pages per city is max. I got MIL. Need POR, SAN, CAR, MAN, HEL, ANT, EIN + MEXICAN CITY Any VOLUNTEERS to check barriers and obstacles 2.1.3? - shorten to 1.5 pages SERGIO – I need that standards table 2.1.4. I have deleted the section on other societal impact that Pentti made based on PEST – it was too generic. MARTIN – please give me a first draft for 2.1.5 Quantifiable Impact of the Project form a project perspective – cities will be coming in from MARGARIDA’s work. Ana – could you give a status on 2.2? Thanks on the status – when do you think we can combine 2.1 and 2.2? Finally we have a page limit problem. We need to cut this down to 20 pages. Including 2.2! So we are not looking for volume.
