Dear proposal partners and friends, I would like to take a next step in organising a suitable date for the next F2F proposal writing meeting, ideally before Easter. Opportunities are rare in terms of meeting rooms and we need to get a bit work done ahead of the meeting so the next session becomes a fruitful one. The idea is to have a full two day session, starting around lunch on day 1 and leaving early afternoon on day 3. This would allow people to travel on the first and final day to minimise the overnight stays. I can offer the following two options: 16-18 March (hosted at the DigiCat) 21-23 March (hosted 21/22 at the FCC and 23rd at the DigiCat – both buildings are one tube station from each other) Please cast your vote on the Doodle poll: http://doodle.com/poll/q82vhyca2am5yq6n I have deliberately kept it closed as so you are not influenced by someone else's choices. Please try to be as generous as possible with the selection to maximise the opportunity of working together on this important proposal. Please cast your vote by Wednesday this week, so we can proceed with bookings and local arrangements as soon as possible. I will afterwards disclose the full vote on the poll. We are looking forward in welcoming you in London – on whatever dates we end up choosing :-) Many thanks Nadia and Alex On 29/02/2016 13:01, "fiware-oasc-iot-lsp-cities-bounces at lists.fiware.org<mailto:fiware-oasc-iot-lsp-cities-bounces at lists.fiware.org> on behalf of Martin Brynskov" <fiware-oasc-iot-lsp-cities-bounces at lists.fiware.org<mailto:fiware-oasc-iot-lsp-cities-bounces at lists.fiware.org> on behalf of brynskov at cavi.au.dk<mailto:brynskov at cavi.au.dk>> wrote: Dear all, In Madrid we established the overall work package structure. After the meeting we had the attached proposed update, with three points from Sébastien: - Mentioning IoT in WP 1 title (at the expense of citizen co-creation, which is in a task), - Adding a task in WP 2 on Southbound interoperability and market integration, - Adding FIRE testing tools in the internal validation. Please consider this (attached) WP structure for the discussion on Wednesday. A copy is in the Google drive > Madrid meeting. Thanks.
