[oasc-iot-lsp-cities] Service design and co-creation meeting with all reference zone representatives

Let's not be overly hasty. Although the discussion on the specification of base applications and co-creation is urgent, it is imperative to have (direct) representatives of all reference zones participating in this call. Please be aware that so far the reference zones were mostly represented indirectly and did not participate in the calls and/or meetings in person. In fact, I am not sure if we even already have direct representatives of all reference zones in the mailing list (@Mikko can you please check status?), but at least contact details for city representatives (name and email) are missing in the excel file on the google drive for the following cities: Antwerp, Helsinki, Milan, Porto, Santander (Juan Echevarria?), Novi Sad.
Can I please ask the respective reference zone partners to complete this information in the form: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1XzT5JxLzCNXgzcFFpggb2QioL2hHFBuHlRMt1XNi400/edit#gid=0

As some of the city representatives have only recently been appointed , sending a doodle invite without further background information and then closing it the same day is a little too pro-active for my taste (for example, I have only been able to brief the newly appointed Eindhoven project mgr today). Can I ask you to re-open the doodle, extend the possible dates to also include the first half of next week, wait for responses of all references zone delegates and pick a date in which all cities can join facilitated by Stefano as WP3 lead, and consider the other partners (including myself) as optional?
