[Fiware-oasc-prop] OASC-FIRE Proposal kick off

Hi all,

First of all, I have set up an email list just for the proposal edition. The members so far are: Adriënne Heijnen, Alvaro Oliveira, Juanjo Hierro, Jarmo Elukka Eskelinen, Martin Brynskov, Lanfranco Marasso, Stefano de Panfilis, Manuel Nina and myself. Let me know if you want me to add anyone else from your organizations.
For the call at 13h CET I propose to use Hangouts. I have had good experiences with it in similar occasions. The regular phone bridge does not have a number for some of the countries involved in the call.... But if any of you cannot use hangouts, please let me know now and I will give you the bridge details:

I have created a shared folder with the relevant documents. It's available at:

In the folder "Drafts" I have created single documents for each section. It includes the whole document, with and updated structure, including new impact sections. There are sections that have to be heavily reviewed, while others would need just a slight review/update. You don't have edit access to the master document to avoid it gets corrupted (anyway, it only contains links to the sections).
