[Fiware-oasc-prop] OASC ICT12 Proposal: decisions and actions points

Decisions to be taken and action points. Regarding the decision points, it would be nice to have feedback from Juanjo, Jarmo and Martin.


·         Name of the Project. Please make proposals.

·         Focus the vertical domains to a few/limited number. Which domains? Mobility, Waste, Energy, Tourism, Participation, Environment, Security…

·         Shall we consider only “data models for open data / interoperability” or should we include standard KPIs. There are a number of organizations already dealing with standardized KPIs, is not very likely that the project could bring something valuable. I propose to better focus on data models.

·         Number of partners. Which new partners?

o   1-2  Partners focused on data modelling, with experience on relevant standards (mobility…)

o   One partner as Ogilvy focused on communication activities? Otherwise, merge WP5 and WP6

o   Cities or city networks involved as partners? Maybe too many partners and not that much budget

·         Duration: proposal of 30 months, though the budget might be too short for that. Check with the first take of the budget.

·         WP Leaders

o   AP: Aarhus to check if they can take over WP2

o   AP: FV to check if they can take over WP4 (Open Calls)

·         Other Action Points

o   AP: All to contribute to a list of relevant standards to consider as starting point, beyond those used by CitySDK. I will send later a template for your contributions.

·         Proposed distribution of edition tasks.

Next sync calls: Tuesday and Thursday at 10h. It’s important to have Forum Virium and Alfamicro onboard for Tuesday call.
