[Fiware-office-comms] FIWARE Unified Communication Strategy (usage of fiware-office-comms list)

Dear Miriam, All,
on the FIWARE MUndus side, we will need the FIWARE Office support *very 
soon today* to publish in the FIWARE News portal two new items.

One shall go out this afternoon, possibly between 14:30h and 15:30h, and 
it's about *FIWARE Partnering with the NIST Global City Teams Challenge 
2016.

*The other news should go out on Monday 21st, possibly between 14:30h 
and 15:30h, and it's about *FIWARE at the* *Smart City 360° Summit - 
14,15 October, Toronto (Canada). <http://smartcity360.org/2015/toronto/>

*I'll send the final versions of the two news items according to the 
communication template and procedure you have provided ASAP - the one 
for this afternoon shall be finalised by 12h and this should give you 
enough time to double-check it.

I'd also like to ask for support from all communication leaders of the 
various projects to echo the news items via your communication channels 
(Twitter, mailing, upcoming newsletters) once out.
