[Fiware-opencall-help] Question FIWARE LAB-OPEN-CALL-2015

we write this question to  you from Slovenia.

Our company has been involved in OpenStack activities since 2011 and we are considering to participate in the tender.

We would like to ask two questions:

-          which is the anticipated date when the new hardware capacity should operational?

-          Is it possible that a consortium submits the bid?
