[Fiware-opencall-help] Question FIWARE LAB-OPEN-CALL-2015

Dear Borut,
1. as written in the call text, the lab node is supposed to be online and
fully functional in 3 months after the start date (i.e. jan /feb 2016):

"If after 3 months since the start date, i.e. the official date when the
new organisation is incorporated in the FI-Core project as beneficiary, the
FIWARE Lab node is not fully operational, the organisation will be dropped
out as beneficiary so that financial contributions will be stopped."

2. the proposal maybe submitted by several entities (still the amount won't
change) and the coordinator is the one to lead the submission (and hence
sending it to the commission email address)

"3.2 Proposal can be submitted by several entities
The proposal can be submitted by one or several legal entities. In case the
proposal will be successfully selected, each of these legal entities will
become FI-Core partners. "
