while there are no restriction on the type of organization, please consider the commercialization requirements that are of course more aligned
with corporate and smes entities.
regarding the contribution level, it depends on how FP7 registration system recognize your specific organization. if you already applied to FP7 same contribution will
apply as in the past, regardless in RTD the only options that applies are 50% or 75%. if not, please inform yourself at the FP7 finance helpdesk.

rates will apply to the single entities according to their type.

you are required to offer a node dedicated to the lab and build a commercial solution, the commercial solution is not required to be linked with the lab node.

this is not supported in the call.

you will join an existing project and each bidder will become part of FI-CORE consortium.

given that in the end you will join FI-CORE and obey to its consortium agreement, any other agreement is not valid if not among you and your partner.
