Dear Madalina,

regarding the contribution level and the overhead rate, it depends on how FP7 registration system recognize your specific organization. if you already applied to FP7 same contribution will
apply as in the past, regardless in RTD the only options that applies are 50% or 75%. if not, please inform yourself at the FP7 finance helpdesk.

beyond this, I am not able to provide you a reply for your specific case, since it entirely depends on how EC recognize your organization.
