[Fiware-opencall-help] "FIWARE-LAB-OPEN-CALL-2015-Clarification on Funding"

Dear sir/madam,
we have contacted you before asking if there  is a possibility to 
implement the backbone solution using a line capacity less the the 1Gbit 
required.
Since the latter is not possible and the speed must be 1Gbit does the 
funding scheme allow the addition of the providers cost in order to 
upgrade our line to 1Gbit.
Under "Equipment Costs" there is a mention of connectivity upgrade ( 
Equipment costs (under RTD funding): in this category applicants can 
include costs to upgrade the hardware of their infrastructure, or 
acquire new hardware to be deployed on their infrastructure, *in order 
to support the required connectivity and computing capacity.* ).

Does that include third party costs (ISP) or they are limited to 
hardware purchases? If we can include the cost to our ISP should it be 
given as equipment cost or subcontracting?
