[Fiware-ops-dev] Last sprint of FI-CORE, recap of activities

Hi all,

I've got a question for Daniele, but maybe someone else has the answer.
Latest API version of top tenants offers tenants sorted by highest measure.
One of them is CPU percentage, which should be average on last 24h... but I
get a value over 100%:

Is it normal? Some monitoring data is not being well gathered? Do we have
an answer in case someone does ask during the demo?

PD: Measures are scaled up to the maximum in the returned set. So full
coloured bar doesn't mean 100%, but THE HIGHEST in set. It is so for both
absolute values and for percentage values (it could be changed, indeed).
