dear nuria,

i think the fi-ware participation to this event, which will be an
announced disaster, should be discussed at the level of the pcc first,
so i kindly ask juanjo to organise a dedicated phc on the matter. i
suggest the week after campus party brazil as it is a quite urgent
topic.

questions:
- should each project do contribute with 6.000 euros?
- should the speakers at the sessions pay the participation fee? and travels?

ciao,
stefano
