Hi, Yes, I would like to discuss all this ASAP. I made some questions to the DWG and Milon specifically before Xmas; then, the week of the 7th of January I got the confirmation that all the projects had to contribute with 6000 euro (CONCORD will provide a higher figure, which is normal taking into account their role). Registration fee is mandatory for everyone apart from few people from outside that will be invited as keynote speakers. I can ask who exactly is considered part of this group and check if speakers have to pay (but I am almost sure that is the case of people representing projects). I made a reflection that I sent to all the members of the DWG already in December providing the figures associated to our participation in Smart City expo (characteristics of the stand and ROI) and asked him to give an idea of the benefits for the projects considering the high participation fee and the amount of money given by each project. The answer was that the Steering Committee had approved formally the event and all projects HAVE to contribute. Juanjo and I attended a new SC this week in Heidelberg and the FI-CONTENT project pointed out that they will analyze the outcomes of this event in detail, and if it happens that is endogamic and of low interest they will NOT support the follow event expected to be held in September in Munich. FI-WARE will do the same. The contributions from FI-WARE (besides the pending decision of the exhibition) are related to the session of the Chamber of Commerce. I will have a teleconference with Aurelio (the contact in the Chamber) next week because we find unfeasible organizing a session and asking members of different chambers in Europe to pay that amount. Getting their interest without paying is already quite difficult, so, we have to sort it out urgently. Thanks for your views on this. Juanjo, please, can you organize a phone conference to discuss the topic?
