[Fiware-pcc] FI-WARE booth for FIA 14 in Athens

Hi all,

Let me inform you that the FI-WARE proposal for a booth in FIA that we submitted in December has been accepted. XIFI submitted another one but it is important to notice that organizers want that booth are clearly differentiated. This should not be a problem at all for us.

Remember that I had already informed you about the success of the proposal for a workshop in FIA that we had also submitted. This session, however, was recommended to be merged with another one submitted by the FI PPP as a whole (and coordinated by CONCORD). Let me specify that they nominated FI-WARE as leader/coordinator of the session.

Then, we will be present both in the programme and the exhibition. I suggest Juanjo to include FIA as part of the discussion for ECFI. The preparation of the booth should be organized in a jointly manner in order not to replicate the work.

Please, let me know if you plan to attend any of the events, since support will be needed, as you can imagine.

Dear Colleagues,

Concerning your participation in the Exhibition at FIA 14 in Athens, as per decision of the Steering Committee, the exhibition is reserved exclusively for DEMONSTRATIONS of ongoing projects.

Therefore, and given we are at full capacity, I would like you to bring together the INFINITY and XiFi contributions, and then to clearly differentiate the FI-WARE demonstration.

Let me suggest that FI-WARE focuses on showcasing the Generic Enablers and how to use them, while XiFi /INFINITY focus on the mapping of facilities. NO OVERLAPS PLEASE.
I have reserved two booths for you, side-by-side, each 3m wide.
