Hi again,

I have been contacted this morning again by ACCIO, the Catalan organization that takes care of innovation ecosystems in the region (related to Mobile World Capital and Mobile World Congress too). You may remember Maura, the woman who came to the ICT event from ACCIO to explain the interest of Barcelona in the FI-WARE innovation ecosystem...
They submitted a proposal for phase 3 of the FI PPP and since some time ago they have taken steps to contact people and create awareness around FI-WARE. For your information, they have included the EC in all the communications so far.

After this contextual information, let me inform you that they would be interested in getting one or several speakers from FI-WARE for Wednesday 26th (afternoon) and Thursday 27th (morning) to explain the platform in a part of the MWG devoted to startups and entrepreneurs (not the programme as such, but I can ask further details). For Wednesday it could be something more generic while on Thursday they would need someone more technical to make a demo and show how GEs work. Ideally both could be done by Juanjo, Stefano or any of the WP leaders. Tell me if FI-WARE is interested in going for that and your availability.

I attach here the description Maura sent to me:

      -About the workshop: the objective should be to start preparing the ecosystem (mainly web developers) for the next open calls (phase 3 of the FI-PPP) and one of the big issues is to introduce them to the FI-WARE, in order to them be familiar with it and get responses about possible doubts or reluctancies.
      I am thinking of a first explanation (similar to the workshop in Vilnius), but also with a visual demonstration, and perhaps a 30 minutes of working groups to explore into the enabler with a concrete objective/demand, and then a 30 minutes Q/A between each group and the FI-LAB experts' panel.
