[Fiware-qualityassurance] Calculation of labels from Jira system information

dear clara,

quick answer is the following.
we have a global dashboard where you have data for all of the ge.

in the page "helpdesk" there is something similar of what you did ask. i.e.
for ge you have: total number of tickets opened for a ge, %still open,
average days to close a ticket (i have to check the correctness of this
last number)

is not much, but better than nothing in this very moment. of course we can
make the computations you are asking, but this requires some work not sure
we can do at this exact moment as we have to query back the jira db
assuming we have a good bunch of historical data.
