Ok, then we have to decide among all what to do now for this short time publication of Labels: or do we take out these two criteria from the label calculation or we delay the labels publication until we had this info ready.

 

Same apply to completeness and soundness criteria about documentation: if we have the labels by this week, we can make them into the overall calculation; otherwise we will consider only functional and non-functional criteria for label calculation. Ariel, Carmen? Are they ready?

quick answer is the following.

we have a global dashboard where you have data for all of the ge.

in the page "helpdesk" there is something similar of what you did ask. i.e. for ge you have: total number of tickets opened for a ge, %still open, average days to close a ticket (i have to check the correctness of this last number)

 

is not much, but better than nothing in this very moment. of course we can make the computations you are asking, but this requires some work not sure we can do at this exact moment as we have to query back the jira db assuming we have a good bunch of historical data.

Could you please give us these values for all GEs in the Catalogue (exclude incubated)?
