[Fiware-qualityassurance] New GE: IoT Agent OPC-UA (1.0.0)

Dear all,
there is a new GE to be tested: IoT Agent OPC-UA 1.0.0 (https://iotagent-opcua.readthedocs.io/en/latest/),
but I cannot add it in QA Test Plan<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Mstfd5kxyO73cOhSKujLpiVrmlbCLWK4crBlVG0rICk/edit#gid=53790661> because IDAS contains all IoT Agents.
At begining we used the notes to report the contents (iot-agents of catalogue).
So, if we need to deal with IDAS at Agent level ... we should decide how to change the entry in the QA Plan to keep track of that.
