Dear Manuel,

this is probably mainly because of me. I have many issues open that I
cannot close yet; most of them have to do with documentation and the
unit test plan. Much work has been done for the documentation; see for
example
https://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiwaresecurity/index.php/User:Sten
or
https://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiwaresecurity/index.php/Privacy_-_Unit_Tests_%28Issuer%29
or

During the last regular conference call with Pascal, I asked for
formal(!) guidelines how to document a GE. The reason was that I wanted
a document that would serve as the formal(!) yardstick for evaluation of
the documentation.

It turns out that at the moment, there is no such formal(!) guideline.
The only thing we have are the documents that have been reviewed and
have passed muster for the previous incarnation of FIWARE (or was that
FI-WARE?).

That means that I can't close these issues yet. But as you can see, much
of the CONTENT is already there, I'm just not confident that they will
pass review, because I don't have a formal(!) list of review criteria.

Very few of the Privacy GE open issues have to do with the software; we
did everything we wanted to do for this release. Also note that since
the Privacy GE is not in the catalogue, these open issues do not affect
the release.

I hope this clears things up a bit. Don't hesitate to contact me if you
have any further questions.

Best,

Stephan
