[Fiware-security] TR: Low Performance (43%) - Why?

Dear Colleagues,

Back to you regarding this email from Manuel and the sprint closing meeting which took place this afternoon at 2pm.

After the good progress we achieved I must say that this time the sprint closing meeting we had together with Manuel was far below expectations first in terms of attendance (only me and Sebastian were there) and second level of issues remaining for each of the Security GEs.

Regarding attendance the holiday season might explain why and a number of you noticed me they couldn't make it (and so are excused).

In the meantime the necessary steps should have been taken by each of the GE owners to anticipate and do the work even more it was put in the minutes of last audio conference.

Overall I'm asking you here to address more seriously the sprint planning and/or closing (also demo) which are important for the Security Chapter and the Project.

FYI:

·         Sébastien did fix issues for the Trustworthy Java Factory he owns.

·         Myself I did fix:

1.        some of the issues on Behalf of Cyril and Olivier/Edith regarding both PDP GE and Cyber Security GE. Of course a number remains so please Cyril/Olivier/Edih do your best fix the rest.

2.       All the issues on the Chapter's Coordination Backlog

Counting now on each of you as GE owners to perform sprint closing as expected.

Dear Partners,

We have just held the Security chapter closing session where only Pascal and Sebastien attended.
It's a bit disappointing for me to see that this chapter is only reaching 43% of targets, which is low performance.
I'd appreciate to understand the reasons. Be aware we are closing Release 4.2, which takes three months.

I'd appreciate a quick reaction to get the actual status of the enablers.
