>   For this new phase, we expect some of you to volunteer taking the role of temporary co-chairs until formal elections take place, which should run before the Summit so that results can be announced during the Summit.   Temporary co-chairs, with the support of the FIWARE Foundation, should also finalize a charter of the Smart Cities Domain Committee, so that it can be formally approved by the BoD (ideally at the next BoD meeting planned on September, worst case at the FIWARE Summit in Berlin).

We encourage those who wish to play such role to send an email in reply to this one, addressing the whole list, volunteering for that role.   Note that temporary SC DC co-chairs are, as it names indicates, temporary.   Official SC DC co-chairs should become as the result of elections.  Temporary co-chairs will work closely with the FIWARE Foundation until the elections of official co-chairs are completed, helping to support that things keep going on.   Note that you don't have to be temporary or officcial co-chairs to play an active role!!
