Hello, Sergio and me just had a call. To answer some questions: In my understanding and definition Industrie 4.0 is more than just Smart Factory. It covers the whole digitization of the manufacturing industry. This table gives the rough timeframe for our parallel track from 11:30 to 18:00 (maybe we put another coffee break to the afternoon). MAIN CONFERENCE PARALLEL SESSIONS Presentation Speakers Industrie Agrifood Smart Cities ROOMS (Teatre) POLAR (442) BEAM (60) FLASH (80) GLOW (80) Arrangement THEATRE Maybe we should need 500 pax Theatre Theatre Theatre 08:30 - 09:00 Registration and Coffee 09:00 - 09:30 09:30 - 10:00 10:00 - 10:30 10:30 - 11:00 11:00 - 11:30 BREAK BREAK BREAK BREAK 11:30 - 12:15 Dvelopers Primer II 12:15 - 13:00 13:00 - 14:30 LUNCH LUNCH 14:30 - 15:15 15:15 - 16:00 16:00 - 16:45 16:45 - 17:15 17:15 - 18:00 As proposed by Ernö there should be one presentation from NEC (Yasunori) and I'm trying to get one from Siemens and from the Industrial Data Space. I'm actually thinking about presentations of 30 minutes instead of the shown 45 minutes - but we are free to adapt. Sergio will talk to Oscar to generate some additional ideas. In addition to the track it would be good to have some companies / show cases for the exhibition also from Smart Industry. Regarding cost: In general we will not take over travel cost of speakers. But if there would be a real interesting person we would like to have there, the BoO will decide on an exception. Ernö, would you propose a timeslot for a first conference call of our team?
