[Fiware-summit-program-committee] Doodle for our confcall this week

the list of topics proposed by the different actors for the parallel
sessions of Dec 13.

Now the session leaders are responsible for selecting the topics to be
addressed and to prepare an agenda for the parallel session. Ideally, the
agenda should:

   - be dynamic
   - be structured so that everyone will get an equal chance to contribute
   - work towards defining goals and action points (see next paragraph)

I send you again the session leaders and other information we shared with
you previously as a reminder.

*Session leaders*

   - FIWARE Accelerator - leader(s): Sebas (ISDI), Roi (FundingBox)
   - FIWARE Mundus - leader(s): Jacques (InterInnov), José (UPM)
   - FIWARE iHubs - leaders (s): Juan-Marcelo (FIWARE iHub Andalucia),
   Oscar (Innovalia)
   - FIWARE Foundation, particularly coordination with FIWARE Tech
   activities - leader(s): Juanjo (Foundation), Miguel (Zabala)
   - Communication strategy - relation with FIWARE Press Office -
   leader(s): Pablo (Ogilvy), Angeles (Ogilvy)

*Secretaries*

It is important for each session to have a "secretary" in order to make
note of the main discussion points and the concrete actions decided on.
Each pair of leaders should *decide who the secretary will be* for their
session. Preferrably one of the leaders will act as secretary.


*Outcomes*

The objective of these sessions is to define concrete actions to take
during the first several months of 2017.
