[Fiware-summit-program-committee] Doodle for our confcall this week

Dear Roi,

Thanks a lot. We will look into the list of topics to be addressed in 
the Mundus session, and will prepare an agenda accordingly. Currently in 
the provisional programme on the web site, we only have a couple of 
hours for the ESC meetings. We would however need more than that, and if 
I remember well the previous discussions of the programme committee, I 
was under the impression that we would have our separate parallel 
meetings in the morning, and then the cross-committee meeting also with 
the Press Office and the Foundation in the afternoon. This would be much 
more compatible with the long list of issues we have now in each of our 
sessions.

I guess we can discuss and agree on that at our next telco (probably 
tomorrow?).

Also FYI for the Mundus meeting we decided that it would be best to give 
the secretary role to a colleague of mine, Caroline Bedran, so that José 
and I can both handle the animation / moderation of the meeting.
